"Bling" Black and White Picture/Place Card Holder

Each measures 4.25" x 3.25" and is made of a metal frame construction, with an alternating pattern of attached white and black oval rhinestones bordering the picture window.  The larger, multifaceted black rhinestones provide additional bling to each of the frame's corners.

The frame has a central picture window fit for insertion of a 2.5" x 3.5" photo.  Backed with velvet and an attached velvet easel, cut to allow the frame to be displayed either vertically or horizontally.
