Details of our Product Range and Helpful Hints

Save the Date Cards
These are ideal if you need to notify your guests of your wedding at an early stage perhaps even one to two years in advance.  These will inform your guests of the date and advise them that a formal invitation will follow.  With today's hectic lifestles and holidays being booked early, these are a must especially if your wedding is during a school holiday, a weekday or you are planning on getting married abroad.  Our save the date cards all include an envelope.

Day/Evening Invitations
Day and Evening Invitations are usually sent out around six to eight weeks before your wedding to allow guests time to reply. However you may wish to send them out earlier than this if you want to organise details sooner or if you are planning a wedding abroad.

Traditionally the invitations are sent from the hosts of the day.  An invitation is usually sent to each couple or household.  It is a good idea to order a few extras to allow for mistakes in writing out the names and also a few spare for any additional guests you may wish to invite at a later stage.

Our  invitations come with a dotted line for you to write your guest names.  We can also arrange to have your guest names printed onto the invitations for you at a cost of 15p per invite.

When sending out your invitations you may also want to include further information such as directions, a map and gift lists.  All of our invitations come with an envelope as standard but if you have a lot of information to send out with the invite you may want to consider ordering boxes to send them out in, we can, of course supply these at 50p per box.

Acceptance/RSVP Cards
RSVP cards can be sent out with your invitations to enable your guests to reply quickly so that final catering and seating arrangements can be made.  These can also be useful for acquiring dietry requirements.

It is a good idea to stipulate an RSVP date on your invitations which is no later than three weeks before the date of the wedding.

All of our RSVP Cards come as standard with an envelope pre-printed with the host's name and address.

Order of Service
An order of service is a nice way to let your guests know what to expect during your service.  The minimum we would advise to order is one per couple, but you will need to consider elderly guests and those attending the service ontheir own.  You should also allow some copies for the clergy and your attendants.

All order of service details should be checked with your Vicar before ordering, these details should include the order of the church service, hymn words and music titles.

Our order of service booklets contain four pages as standard if further pages are required this will be charged at 20p extra per order of service.

Menus and Place Card Settings
Each range of stationery offers a menu card and matching place cards.

An individual menu which is printed with the guest name can be co-ordinated with most ranges at a cost of 20p per menu extra, these can be used instead of a placecard.  If you decide to have individual menus then you will need to allow one per person.

If you decide to have place cards these are provided with the design only, you can have your guest name printed on them for an additional 15p per place card.  If you decide to have separate place cards and menus then you will need to have one place card per guest and allow one menu for every two to three guests.

Which ever option you choose we would advise you to order a few extras to allow for last minute changes on the day.
