WHY CAN'T I ADD A SPECIFIC PRODUCT TO MY CART?
Your product may be marked as out of stock, unavailable to your location, or discontinued.  Items that have been discontinued are no longer available.  Please
contact us for more information or for any help.

HOW CAN I FIND A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?
To search for a specific product, enter your keywords in the "search" box on any page.

HOW CAN I PERSONALISE A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?
We carry a wide range of personalised products. When a product can be personalised, it will say so in the product description.  Add the required product to your cart, at the moment you are unable to enter the personalisation details when you order instead, we will request this information from you via email as soon as possible.  Please note - this email may sometimes take up to 48 hours.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
For many products you will be given a choice of colours or styles to allow you to customise these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you can then continue shopping or checkout.

This site uses a Paypal basket which will open in a separate window.  When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to Paypal.

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE OF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept phone orders.

You can also pay by mail with a Certified Cheque. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been received. This may delay your shipment. No COD orders will be accepted.

Delivery is 21 - 28 days from placing your order.  We do hold some items in stock so if you require your item urgently please contact us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 7 - 28 business days depending on the item ordered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from our store or directly from the manufacturer.

Returns
CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT - Returns are not accepted on food or candy items. Items personalised as per order cannot be returned. NOTE: Colours vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact colour match for every item, small variations in colour serve to enhance the overall effect of your colour scheme. Products seen on the on line catalogue do not always represent an identical colour match. Colour reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
